At Quran Mark, we deeply appreciate your voluntary support and generosity in maintaining our 100% free Sadaqah Jariyah digital Quranic platform.

1. Donation Refund Policy

Because all contributions made on Quran Mark are voluntary charitable donations (Sadaqah Jariyah) used immediately for server hosting and CDN bandwidth, contributions are generally non-refundable once processed.

2. Erroneous or Unauthorized Transactions

If an accidental transaction, duplicate payment, or unauthorized charge occurs, we will gladly process a 100% full refund upon verification.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an accidental transaction, please email our support team at abdulmasud1111-prog@users.noreply.github.com within 7 business days of the payment date. Please specify your Full Name, Payment Date, Amount, and Razorpay Payment ID.

4. Refund Processing Timeframe (SLA)

Upon approval, refund requests are initiated via Razorpay within 24–48 hours. Funds will automatically credit back to the donor's original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days depending on bank processing schedules.
